“Anti-Aging” Medical Spa, Inc. Cancellation/No-Show Policy: If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment (without calling), or have 2 consecutive cancellations (with less than 24 hour notice), a 50% deposit will be required to reschedule, which will be credited toward your upcoming appointment. For those using a Groupon Voucher, the 50% deposit will be refunded to them after completion of service. Clients arriving 15 minutes late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule.
